To help strengthen your management skills, our Additional Tools for Managers training course is designed for experienced managers and will invest further in your development. So, whether you are looking to create a deeper connection with your team, generally manage more effectively or are interested in exploring leadership and management in more detail, this training could be for you.

This training can be taken as a follow-on programme to Adapt’s ‘The Essential Tools for Managers’ course, or for those who have been working in a management role and wish to further extend their knowledge and skill set.

It is designed to help you to become a more effective, agile and authentic manager. The training will give you the skills to transition from a manager to a highly effective leader of your team(s).

 

How This Course is Delivered

We specialise in hands-on, instructor-led training and offer two flexible delivery methods depending on your requirements:

  • Interactive Virtual Classroom: Delivered live online via Microsoft Teams. These are small-group, collaborative sessions where participants can interact directly with our expert facilitators, share screens, and get real-time assistance.
  • Bespoke In-House Training: The content can be tailored to your business requirements and the course is delivered face-to-face at your company site or a location of your choice. In this scenario, it is possible to use your organisation’s real datasets.

What You Need for Our Virtual Classrooms

To ensure the best possible remove learning experience, participants joining our live online sessions will need:

  • A computer with stable internet access and Microsoft Teams installed
  • A webcam, microphone, and headset for clear communication

 

Course Pre-Requisites

Participants for ‘Open’ courses should have reviewed the outline of ‘Essential Tools for Managers’ training course and have working experience of the content covered in that course.

There are no pre-requisites for participants attending a ‘Closed’ company training programme.
