This course is aimed at developing the skills of staff who are relatively new or inexperienced in using Microsoft 365.  Part of the time in the afternoon is spent with our trainer helping participants on their individual live systems (such as setting up folders in Outlook.) 


Participants gain confidence and skills to use Microsoft 365 to perform their tasks and duties.
