The Insights Discovery Foundation and Management Programme is a practical personal development tool which gives managers a powerful insight into themselves and how they interact with others. Insights Discovery uses a four colour model to identify an individual’s unique preferences. One of the outputs is a comprehensive personality profile, which discovers strengths and areas for development.
Using Carl G Jung’s typology, Insights Discovery® Personal profiles offer a framework for self-understanding and development. To receive the Discovery Personal Profile, managers complete a 25-frame on-line evaluator and from this we compile individual Personal Profiles. Each Discovery Profile contains a Foundation Chapter.
The Foundation Chapter introduces managers to their personal style and approach, key strengths and weaknesses, value to the team, preferred communication style and suggestions for development.
Management Chapter – In addition to the core Foundation Chapter, the Management Chapter enables managers to consider their own management style as well as the needs of those they manage in terms of motivation, working environment and preferred style of leadership.
1-2-1 Feedback – As part of the programme, all participants will receive individual 30 minute feedback sessions on their reports. 5 participants will receive feedback on the first day and the remaining 5 will receive feedback on day 2.
