Overview

Having high emotional intelligence is the ability to recognise and regulate our own feelings and emotions, understand and be empathetic with others and to use this understanding to guide those around us. Understanding and applying the knowledge gained from our emotion feedback loop aids effective functioning, builds trust, and enhances decision making.

With studies and examples taken directly from the Psychologist of author of Emotional Intelligence, Daniel Goleman, this session generates understanding of how emotion affects performance and relationships in the workplace.
