Overview

We all need to ensure that our basic needs (food, water, oxygen) are met in order to survive. However, our emotional needs are often less obvious and less well understood, but equally as important to our health.

This session encompasses the Human Givens approach to emotional wellbeing. The approach originated in the field of psychotherapy and the organising ideas, and framework, are universally applicable principles that are used in other settings outside therapy such as education, business and diplomacy.

During this virtual classroom workshop, attention will be drawn to working practices which promote mental wellness, and encourage attendees to supercharge those skills, whilst minimising destructive or negative working methods – particularly working in a hybrid way.

You will work in groups, and 1-1 with the trainer to generate tailored practical applications within your specific work environment.
