Adapt was formed in 1989 under The Bentek Group of companies and provided IT specialist training. Since 1997, we became an independent limited company offering professional training and programmes in a wide variety of subject areas for employees, leaders and managers in many sectors and industries.

‘Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospital’s NHS Trust’s HR Department were delighted to work alongside Learning & Organisational Development colleagues to partner with Adapt Training to deliver a Case Investigation Officer/Managing HR Cases training event.

 

The Adapt sessions were thoughtfully designed around the Trust’s specific policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on embedding Trust Values and Just Culture into every aspect of case management. Adapt Training created a safe, inclusive learning environment where delegates could engage with real-world scenarios and develop practical skills that reflect the complexities of HR casework.
