About our courses and delivery style
What types of training do you offer?
We provide a range of professional development options including classroom-based courses, live virtual training, and bespoke in-house programmes. Whether you’re looking to upskill individuals or transform an entire team, we can tailor solutions to your needs.
What’s the difference between an ‘Open’ and ‘Closed’ course?
Closed courses are delivered to participants to one organisation or company only so everyone in attendance will be from that organisation. Open courses are for participants from different organisations. These can be good value for money as you are only paying for the number of participants you have, not a group. So, if you only have 2 or 3 people that need to be developed in a particular area, these can be an excellent way of developing those people.
Not all courses we deliver are ‘Open’. This is because the subject matter is then tailored to each organisation so it wouldn’t be relevant for other people in different organisations.
A list of our Open courses can be found on our website.
Do you have courses already prepared?
Yes, these are all on our website.
Who are your courses designed for?
Our training is designed for businesses of all sizes, across a wide range of industries. We work with everyone from new starters to senior leaders. Each course clearly outlines who will benefit most, but we can also advise on the right fit for your team.
Can the training be customised for our business?
Absolutely. We specialise in adapting content to match your business goals, culture, and industry challenges. From case studies to exercises, we make sure the training is relevant and practical for your people.
How are courses delivered?
We offer three flexible delivery methods:
Virtual live training via Teams
Face-to-face training at your site or an external venue you choose
Blended solutions that combine live virtual and in-person learning
How long are your training courses?
Our courses range from half-day workshops to multi-day programmes. If our Open courses are not quite what you are looking for, we’ll work with you to design the right duration and structure to meet your objectives. We can even deliver ‘lunch and learn’ short, punchy sessions to pique people’s awareness and interest in a subject
How much do courses cost?
Most courses on our website state the fee for each ‘Open’ course for individuals or small numbers of participants. Other pricing depends on the type of training, delivery method, and level of customisation. We provide clear, upfront quotations with no hidden fees. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
Do participants receive certification?
Yes. All participants receive a certificate of attendance. For accredited programmes, we provide recognised qualifications from awarding bodies.
How do we book a course?
You can book directly with one of our team via email, or call us to discuss your needs. We’ll confirm all details in writing and guide you through the process. Unfortunately, you can’t book through our website as we treat all our enquiries on an individual basis which means we want to make absolutely sure the course you’re interested in, is the right fit for you and/or your participants.
What support do you provide after the course?
We believe training shouldn’t stop when the session ends. That’s why we offer post-course resources, follow-up materials, and optional coaching to help participants embed their learning in real life.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair and flexible – just get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
What happens if I miss a session of a course, do you record it?
Whilst we don’t record sessions in order to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the group, we will do our best to accommodate you on the future sessions
About our Trainers
FAQ: Why Choosing the Right Trainer Matters
Why is it so important to have the right trainer?
The trainer is a huge factor in the success of your programme. The right trainer won’t just “deliver” a session — they’ll engage your people, connect with their challenges, and inspire them to put new skills into practice. A poor fit, on the other hand, risks disengagement and wasted investment. That’s why we put so much care into trainer matching.
How do you make sure we get the right trainer?
We take time to understand your business, culture, and objectives before recommending a trainer. Every match is made with four things in mind:
Industry insight – someone who understands your world
Experience level – a trainer who can relate to your people
Style and personality – the right approach for your culture
Proven results – a track record of impact with similar clients
This means your trainer will feel like an extension of your team, not an outsider.
Can we meet the trainer before the course?
Yes — we actively encourage an introduction call so you can share your goals and get a feel for the trainer’s style. This helps build trust early on and ensures the programme is tailored to your people from day one.
What if we feel the trainer isn’t the right fit?
Our priority is your confidence and success. If at any stage you feel the trainer isn’t the best match, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and, if needed, provide an alternative. You’ll never be “stuck” with a trainer who doesn’t feel right for your business.
