“An evidence-based approach for reflecting upon and establishing practices to help ourselves and others thrive”
Martin Seligman developed the PERMA Model through many years of studying positive psychology and assimilating those theories into the real world. He was able to prove that this model not only created happier more motivated staff within organisations, there was also a great improvement in the level of commitment and productivity.
Organisations applying the PERMA-H framework have found the positive outcomes of this model have paid dividends in terms of staff retention, development, happiness at work and wellbeing.
This session aims to bring the model to life in a practical way. The session is highly interactive. Utilising video and scenarios the trainer will guide participants through the creative and realistic implementation of this new and exciting way to manage staff and oneself.
How will it help you?
Learning about the PERMA-H model can help you increase your well-being by focusing on combinations of feeling good, establishing supportive and friendly relationships, accomplishing goals, and generally being more optimistic
