This 3-day PRINCE2® training course delivered by an Accredited Training Organisation will provide delegates with a fundamental understanding of the PRINCE2® 2009 Project Management method.

The course will also ensure that delegates are able to apply the method to manage their projects to an internationally recognised method. Delegates will also have the opportunity to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation examination during the course.

Previous experience of PRINCE2® is not essential, but a basic awareness of project work in your own environment or a general understanding of project management would be advantageous.

The course fee includes pre-course reading, Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2™ (the PRINCE2® manual), A PRINCE2™ Pocketbook, registration and the PRINCE2® Foundation examination.

Once Delegates have passed the Foundation examination, they may then sit the Practitioner course.
                                                                                                                       
What we need from delegates?

100% Commitment.The PRINCE2® Foundation course is an intensive course. Delegates are asked to carry out about 10 hours reading prior to starting the course.  During the course, there will be homework each night.

What exams are taken during the course?

The Foundation examination is a 1-hour multiple-choice paper that will be taken on day 3 of the course. 

Please note that photo ID is required for delegates sitting the exam.
