Pre-requisites
Delegates should have attended the Windows NT or Windows 95 Introductory course or have gained similar knowledge within the work environment

Objectives
This course is designed for delegates who wish to compose and send messages using Outlook, read and reply to messages, and create folders to store messages in. They will also learn how to use the Calendar, Tasks, Contact, Journal and Notes features.
