Introduction to the HR Function

This course is designed for newly appointed HR assistants or anyone within an HR role who has had no formal training. It is excellent for employees who have been assigned to the HR role after working in a different function.

This one-day course incorporates delegate participation in the form of role-play with additional exercises and group discussions to assist delegates retain the optimum amount of information from the areas covered on the course.
