Adapting to your needs

Formerly Bentek Training Services, Adapt has delivered client focused training to businesses locally, regionally and nationally since 1989.

Our team of more than 20 specialist trainers offer in depth knowledge across a variety of areas including Management, Leadership, IT, Customer Relationships, Sales, Marketing and Business Skills.

Client needs remain central to all Adapt training programmes and in addition to more than 60 open courses offered throughout the year, we also tailor programmes to address specific business goals.

All our trainers are specialists in their field with relevant business experience as well as subject expertise. Guest trainers include lecturers from Cranfield Business School and Warwick Business School. Material is constantly refreshed to reflect proven methods and ideas and a constantly evolving business environment.

Adapt grew its reputation delivering IT and technical courses as a Microsoft Certified Partner. We now provide a wide range of open courses, design training programmes and offer our unique ‘Work Laboratory’ option for clients wanting to link theory and best practice to real-life work challenges for immediate business results.
